Cathey Cook
Cathey Cook is a retired special education teacher and holds a master’s degree in school library media from the University of Alabama. Since she retired, she enjoys gardening and cooking more than ever. However, she continues to enjoy teaching and sharing her experiences with younger people. Cathey lives in Florence, Alabama with her husband, Bill. She has two adult daughters and four precious grandchildren.
Simple Cooking is her first book. She has learned much from this experience and is already planning another.
Simple Cooking contains simple, healthy recipes that are made from scratch. Cathey has presented the recipes in an easy-to-follow way that even the novice cook will be able to understand. From everyday meals to feasts for special occasions, you will be able to find something to prepare for any day of the week. And even better, Cathey has organized these recipes into entire meal plans. You can mix and match them, or you can cook them as they are presented and have an entire meal ready to go without having to scrounge around for something that will work with your main dish. There's something for everyone in Simple Cooking.
